This role will develop and implement our Talent Review and Succession Planning process to ensure that we are building a strong team for now and the future. This role will also take ownership for building an innovative Career Pathing portal for employees to use in building solid careers at Astellas in partnership with our HR Generalists. This role will support the design and development of impactful and experiential learning and development opportunities throughout the organization through our newly launched Journey curriculum. Utilizing extensive background in Talent Development including talent review, succession planning, career pathing, performance management, strong facilitation skills, innovative instructional design perspectives, and a solid organizational development focus, this role will contribute significantly to the professional growth of individuals throughout the organization and to the overall development of Astellas into a high performing organization and the employer of choice in the pharmaceutical industry. Position Requirements The individual must demonstrate strong stand-up facilitation skills, a keen understanding of organizational and group process dynamics, as well as strategic and tactical abilities. The individual must also be a strong program coordinator/project manager with excellent oral and written communication & marketing skills. Must be able to successfully partner with a wide variety of individuals across the organization from executives, to managers, to employees at all levels. Must generate and take initiative, use problem-solving skills and creativity to overcome obstacles, and work collaboratively under pressure to develop sound programs and solid solutions.
