Job Description:
HR Manager will be expected to provide expert HR counseling, coaching and training and development along with their appropriate HR partners. In addition, they will initiate and drive the design and implementation of new or changed HR policies, processes, and programs in order to enhance the client’s workforce performance along with the employee’s workplace experience. Again, they will need to leverage the resources from the specialty areas (e.g., Organization Development, Recruiting, Compensation, etc.) as well as the overall Business Partner team o Needs to build and maintain long-term trusted client relationships with Business Unit’s executives and their teams o Ensures managers and staff appropriately leverage selected HR technologies (e.g., SAP) to drive fact based decision making for their perspective client groups Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years in an HR Generalist/Business Partner role with at least 3-5 years in a manager role. o Proven knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity regulation and guidelines as well as an extensive knowledge of employment law o Candidate will need to have experience in managing multiple client groups o Must be flexible, possess strong communications (both oral and written) skills, have the ability to deal with and lead change o Preference will be given to candidates with previous Broadcast.
