This work includes, but is not limited to, increasing workforce capability, improving organizational design and structure, providing change leadership in alignment with the Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES), staffing, talent management/succession planning and supporting day-to-day operations and on-going process improvement. In this position, you will work with the Customer Service team to: Ensure HR strategies are aligned and executed against business goals, recruit and develop strong leaders, and promote positive employee relations within each of the Customer Service locations. This position will be an integral part of the Customer Service and Operations HR Leadership teams. The leader will take a hands-on approach and be comfortable communicating with all levels of management and employees, both in Seattle and in the field. Specific Job responsibilities will include: ? Lead a team of 15+ HR professionals in the CS HR network ? Create and execute network headcount, talent acquisition and employee development strategies across the CS management team ? Lead positive employee relations initiatives for the North America and India Customer Service network including regular communications, survey administration, analysis, action plans while maintaining consistency across site management teams ? Responsible for the Q4 Staffing Plan including overall strategy, performance, and wage competitiveness. ? Audit performance and compliance metrics ?
