Job Description: The Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a consultative and strategic business partner to the organization on broad business issues, integrating functional expertise/experience, and company-wide business objectives. Focus areas will include strategic workforce assessment and staff planning, leadership and employee development strategies and programs, employee relations and performance management counseling and problem-solving.
