The Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a consultative and strategic business partner to the organization on broad business issues, integrating functional expertise/experience, and company-wide business objectives. Focus areas will include strategic workforce assessment and staff planning, leadership and employee development strategies and programs, employee relations and performance management counseling and problem-solving. Imagine Yourself: Assessing organization requirements and implementing HR processes, programs and practices necessary to drive business objectives Working across functional areas to build partnerships and provide seamless HR service to the client Actively participating in the continual improvement of the organization's policies, procedures and customer service satisfaction level Developing and driving company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, workforce planning, and organizational change) Working with the senior management teams to understand business strategies, diagnosing current organization performance, and developing/implementing plans to build needed organization capabilities and support aggressive growth Be a key member of the HR leadership team helping to develop world class HR capabilities What We're Looking For:
