This role encompasses two major functions: People management ability and Operational skills. The EDM will report to the Vice President of Human Resources. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following; others may be assigned: Coaching Training Development Acting as a liaison between Account Managers and other leaders within the organization Assisting with Frantz Group's performance system and managing to its components Working with the rest of the HR team to aid in the success of FG employees Ability to create and analyze reports Ability to communicate results, outcomes, and matrixes to employees Qualification requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills Management Skills Interpersonal skills Decision making abilities Empathetic Initiative Honesty/Integrity Leadership skills Problem solving ability Team oriented Problem resolution skills Ability to deal directly with individuals in stressful situations is a must Education/Experience:
