Job Description: Compliance for our North American headquarters in Raleigh, NC to ensure regulatory and data compliance for all benefit and HR programs, addressing affirmative action, benefits administration, HR compliance, job evaluation and employment equity programs. Assures company compliance with provisions of ERISA Supervises maintenance of applicable HR records. Insures the integrity of Plan Documents. Serves as the HR departmental lead on all HRIS issues and initiatives; manages related special projects. Supervises recruitment process and conducts Interviews, screens, and recruits applicants. Implements new benefit plans and changes. Conducts employee benefit seminars. Other duties as required. Qualifications: BS and (7- 10) years of Human Resources experience, CEBS, (PHR) or other certifications preferred. Experience with HRIS conversion (such as SAP) strongly preferred.
