Job Description:


Support will include routine customer servcie check-ins, maintenance of client web-space, technical assistance, and interpretation and production of monthly demographic/data reports. Summary of Duties: -Serve as key point of contact to partners with whom we haev an alumni management contract. -Provide sustained, high-level of customer service to alumni management clients. -Update webspace based on needs and requests of client, including latest news, e-commerce store and the homepage. -Ensure effective integration of Community HealthCorps and Western New York -AmeriCorps alumni management programs. After tracking ans assessing progress, communicate results internally and to clients. -Provide technical assistance/trainings to clientele as scheduled. -Manage invoicing process for all alumni management clients. -Other duties as assigned. Additional Opportunites: -Experience with a leading non-proft on volunteering and civic-action. -Networking opportunites within the nonprofit and national service field. -Opportunity to develop additional skills as determined by selected candidate. -Participate in community service projects. -Work in an energetic, innovative office of young professionals! Qualifications and Core Skills: · Superior customer service skills · Excellent communication skills · Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, and Outlook) · Past alumni management/coordination a plus · In-depth understanding of AmeriCorps and national service.
