Job Description:
Collect and disseminate HSES data, statistics and surveys for all corporate teams and consolidate all US data from the businesses to provide a single point of contact for such information as required. - Actively participate and be familiar with Committee work. - Manage MSDS system. - Manage the ˜Call Two' system and process. - Work with business safety professionals to assure collaboration and singular focus to avoid multiple approaches to any single issue. Leadership team. - Assure consistency across businesses. - Assure US-wide compliance with AL Group, federal (), state and local requirements, rules and regulations. Interpret these regulations and define applicability. - Act as primary liaison to Company's. - Mentor and assist the business safety professionals. - Be prepared to perform the above-functions for environmental matters in the future. - Work closely with HR for the worker's compensation program to assure follow-up and proactive, forward-thinking planning is taking place. - Provide oversight of regulatory programs and ˜required' ACC and CGA (or other similar) programs like Process Safety Management and Responsible Care©. Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree in safety, security, engineering or other relevant discipline. - 10 years of experience as an HSES professional, preferably in a corporate role for a large, multi-site organization in the industrial gases, chemical, petrochemical or oil & gas industry.
