Job Description:
Acts as advisor to business development, field support and customer service personnel to handle complaints and ensure support plans are in place to maintain long-term customer relationships. Oversees the analysis and evaluation of design concepts and integration support requirements to determine if concepts satisfy support requirements. Implements, monitors and adjusts solutions to ensure the integration of support considerations as needed. Analyzes technology and distribution network trends, recommends major changes to senior management and ensures changes are implemented. Selects and hires employees. Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product. Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions. Motivates and rewards employees including providing salary increases, bonuses and promotions within allocated budgets and company guidelines. Prepares, recommends and oversees development of operating and personnel budgets. Monitors spending for adherence to budget plans, develops and recommends variances. Performs and/or oversees budget analysis. The candidate's responsibilities will be: Maintain policy directives and standard operating procedures as required for creation, storage, retrieval, protection, preservation and destruction of corporate records in all formats; Coordinate with individual business units regarding compliance with retention policies and schedules; Work with Office of General Counsel to ensure continued compliance with recordkeeping requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and any other legislation; Develop and maintain appropriate arrangements for offsite storage of corporate records
