Job Description:

A Bachelors Degree in Architecture is required; a license or the ability to become licensed is a plus. A minimum of ten (10) years experience in the field of Architecture including at least two (2) years experience as Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager is required. Experience in concrete tiltwall, structural steel frame and masonry buildings is an advantage. The Project Manager will be responsible for every phase of a project from initial client contact, programming and design through construction observation and contract administration. Architectural Drafter: An Associate Degree in drafting is preferred. A minimum of five (5) years experience in Architectural drafting is required. Experience in concrete tiltwall, structural steel frame and masonry construction is required and experience in gypsum and steel stud drywall construction and millwork detailing is a plus.
