Leads all supplier sourcing/selection activities including RFQ/RFI and successfully manages the supplier partnership at a senior level. Manages the life cycle of products from concept phase to mass production and end of life Manages the complete supply chain for each component Implements procurement and inventory strategies, policies, procedures and systems. Owns cost negotiations and is responsible for final resolution of all contractual agreements. Successfully interacts with cross-functional Engineering partners to ensure that supply base partners meet technical requirements and specifications. Responsible for ensuring that suppliers execute and deliver from new product introduction to high volume manufacturing, and drives end of life management to eliminate excess and obsolescence. Leads presentations to senior management teams both internally and externally.Bachelors degree in Engineering with 3 to 5 years experience in related fields.
