Conceives ideas for solution of project problems. Approves design for phases of engineering projects with all parties involved through project completion. The position works closely with the engineering team to initiate design projects for the electrical, mechanical and process engineering groups from conception through development to completion.Job Complexity Performs engineering studies associated with complex projects often involved with new or improved products, processes or techniques, programming and troubleshooting of large control systems and supporting or initiating energy reduction programs Capable of providing presentations and conveying difficult information to other professional, operations and supervisory and middle management personnel to accomplish assignments and convey necessary information Utilizes available technology to effectively track project scope schedule and cost and convey information in a timely and effective manner. Seen as company expert by outside professional organizations.Leadership Role Possesses strong leadership skills to direct internal and external resources to accomplish objectives.
