Skills Job SummaryConstruction Project Managers responsibilities:1. Communicate all job information to FCM.2. Maintain weekly contact w/owner to update schedule and assure customer satisfaction.3. Develop pricing and complete signed change orders.4. Complete monthly W.I.P. and determine monthly pricing invoice.5. Collect monthly payments.6. Facilitate biweekly project team meetings.
