Seeking CDL A Truck Drivers in the Springfield, MA area!

This publicly held company with refining operations in 26 countries, 43,000 retail sites in more than 100 countries, and lubricants marketing in almost 200 countries is currently adding additional local route drivers for the afternoon shift at their Springfield, MA terminal. This Fortune-500 company is the world’s largest international oil and gas company.

Overview
Drivers deliver petroleum products to retail stations in the Northern Connecticut and Central Massachusetts areas. Drivers average 4 loads per shift. Afternoon shift begins between 5:00pm-6:00pm. Drivers must be willing to work morning or afternoon shift in future bids. Drivers work four 10-hour shifts per week with three consecutive days off. Drivers must be willing to work weekends. This is a union position and drivers have ability to bid on a set schedule at least once per year. Drivers average 40-50 hours per week with overtime after 10 and 40. Tanker experience preferred but not required. Paid training is provided. Drivers are assigned late model equipment in excellent condition.

Compensation
$20.98 per hour to start
$22.15 per hour after 1 year
$.50/hr shift differential for hours worked 6:00pm-6:00am
