Job Description:
Ensure employees in functional areas follow established procedures and generate finished work product under time and budgetary constraints and ensures service yields the expected outcome and meets established quality level. Develops staffing plans, work assignments, and implements maintenance repair priorities. Other duties may be assigned. Supervision Program Manager is responsible for directing and tasking team members, establishing performance standards and objectives and conducting regular performance appraisals. Supervise, schedule, train, mentor and assist staff with professional development. Minimum Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must possess or be able to obtain a favorable Treasury Background Investigation Education and/or Experience Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering from accredited college or university. 6+ years engineering experience; with at least 6 years experience with mechanical, structural or electrical systems design, fabrication, integration, configuration management and quality assurance; and at least 4 years experience at the management or supervisory level. Experience should include failure analysis models including Failure Modes and Criticality Analysis. Must demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills, strong work ethic, ability to be a self-starter, and the desire to work and succeed in a rigorous and challenging dynamic business environment Excellent writing, presentation, verbal skills, report preparation and technical writing required. Examples may be required for review. Ability to plan, organize, schedule and direct varied activities and tasks involved within program operations and maintenance activities. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
