Job Description:
Excellent communication skills are required. The candidate should also demonstrate superior Customer Service skills. The job requires the review and management of approximately 6 construction defect technicians and the oversight of between 500 and 800 subcontractor claim files. The Regional Director will be required to review each file, at a minimum, every 90 days and be available for one on one consultation. The manager will also be required to critique 3 files per adjuster every month for the purposes of creating an evaluation of the technician's overall file management and technical skills. On a quarterly basis, the manager will be required to complete a box review of the files under his/her charge. The manager will also be asked to champion training and staff development and complete performance reviews on his/her staff. Position Requirements: About AIG: American International Group, Inc.
