The BearingPoint Management Consulting Real Estate and Capital Asset Solution Global Practice is currently searching for a Sr Consultant to join its highly talented team of professionals in Construction Management.Location: Washington DC, Northern VirginiaRelocation: No Primary initial client is a Federal Government agency project team assisting the client in real estate property management, design and construction, project management and in the development of asset management solutions.Performance Responsibilities: Successful candidates will participate as a key contributor on large scale construction management projects, and will demonstrate success as a team leader with proven client presentation skills. The candidates will be responsible for the successful delivery of construction projectsà ‚¬ „ goals and objectives resulting in exceptional client satisfaction and project completion within budget and timeframes. Additional responsibilities include:à ‚¬ Assist Agency with meeting the real estate property and asset management responsibilities of the organizationà ‚¬ Develop verification procedures to ensure that the Agencyà ‚¬ „ s inventory is tracked and reported accurately and effectively at the constructed asset levelà ‚¬ Participate in providing design and construction solutionsà ‚¬ Project manager for large scale construction project implementationsà ‚¬ Additional requirements as directed by client managementPerformance Requirements:à ‚¬ Minimum 4 years work experience with at least one year in a consulting environment. à ‚¬ Work experience on project team.
