Description This position can be located in either Minneapolis, Seattle or Torrence, CA Summary of Role: Position designed to develop and execute strategies to proactively identify, source and recruit high-quality Talent for our subsidiaries. Responsible for full recruitment lifecycle including managing the interview, selection, and hiring processes nationally. In addition to providing world-class recruitment, position also acts as a consultant to multiple business partners regarding Recruitment, Manpower Planning, Succession Planning, Diversity, Retention, and internal sourcing. Participates in special projects as directed by Human Resources. Position functions as a partner to Subsidiary leadership team, Retail Recruiter peer team, and corporate HR Team and assists in knowledge sharing, leveraging relationships, and seamless candidate hand-offs throughout the organization. Position is entirely accountable to manage the recruitment lifecycle, business partner for talent, coach and counsel for hiring decisions, salary decisions, negotiations, and selling/representing the Best Buy brand along with our individual subsidiary brands externally to a variety of management level candidates. Responsibilities: Recruitment: Proactively source, recruit, identify and screen managerial candidates to match current and future job opportunities throughout the country. Utilize applicant tracking systems, cold calling/direct sourcing, employee referral, internet and other recruitment tools to source and maintain a diverse pool of quality candidates within a geographic /compensatory / competitive arena.
