Half Finance & Accounting is expanding its sales staff and looking to hire a Recruiting Manager with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, self-confidence, and a high sense of urgency for our Grand Rapids, Michigan office. The Recruiting Manager reports to the Division Director and is primarily responsible for the following: Use his/her proven financial background to develop and grow his/her own client base by selling our services for a variety of accounting and financial roles. Make telephone sales calls and conduct in-person meetings with key managers and senior-level executives, for the purpose of selling our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships. Recruit, interview and place highly skilled accounting/finance professionals. Responsible for solidifying Robert Half Finance & Accounting's presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events. Provide the highest quality customer service to both clients and candidates. Strategize with team-mates to accomplish weekly business growth goals.
