Division Director and be primarily responsible for the following: Use your proven financial background to develop and grow your own client base by selling our services for a variety of accounting and financial roles. Make telephone sales calls and conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of selling our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships. Recruit, interview and place highly skilled accounting/finance professionals. Solidifying Robert Half Finance and Accounting's presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events. Provide the highest quality customer service to both clients and candidates.
