Spertus College is seeking a highly motivated, communicative and collegial professional to recruit students and manage alumni affairs for its masters degree program in Nonprofit Management. Reporting directly to the Dean, the Assistant Director of Recruitment and Alumni Affairs is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment plan and meeting aggressive enrollment goals. The Assistant Director of Recruitment and Alumni Affairs also markets other College programs, develops and maintains Career Services, and facilitates Alumni programming and the work of the Alumni Association.
