Job Description: Partners Summary of Position: The Human Resource Business Partner contributes to defining and implementing a Human Resource strategy which aligns and integrates with the client's business strategy. Main Roles and Responsibilities: o Facilitates the alignment and improvement of HR policies, processes, and programs across business units (e.g., merit and promotion, planning, performance management, career development, headcount planning, leave of absence, etc.) o HR Manager will be expected to provide expert HR counseling, coaching and training and development along with their appropriate HR partners. In addition, they will initiate and drive the design and implementation of new or changed HR policies, processes, and programs in order to enhance the client's workforce performance along with the employee's workplace experience. Again, they will need to leverage the resources from the specialty areas (e.g., Organization Development, Recruiting, Compensation, etc.) as well as the overall Business Partner team o Needs to build and maintain long-term trusted client relationships with Business Unit's executives and their teams o Ensures managers and staff appropriately leverage selected HR technologies (e.g., SAP) to drive fact based decision making for their perspective client groups Requirements:
