The position may permit some work to be done from home. Recruiting will consist of preparing job postings, listing jobs on appropriate Internet job sites, reviewing resumes, conducting preliminary telephone interviews,and recommending appropriate candidates for further interviews. Qualifications: B.A. and 5-7 years experience as a recruiter, in a for-profit or non-profit environment, preferably at all levels This position is ideal for someone wishing to return to the workforce on a part-time or temporary basis on a flexible schedule.
