Job Description: Purpose of Job: To drive the strategic talent acquisition agenda, including: - Developing our employment brand, setting policy & standards with the VP, HR - Creating/executing programs to ensure acquisition of talent - Managing the recruiting process with the Divisional HR team and the relationship with external vendors To manage and implement all phases of the trainee program to ensure that the business units achieve their objectives including: - The recruitment process - All phases of training program i.e. induction, field training, business unit, field assignments and positions. Manage and execute the employee review process Design and implement succession planning tools and methodologies across all lines of business. Principal Responsibilities: 1. Create, manage and co-ordinate the Global Management Trainee recruitment process from beginning to end. - Establish relationships with universities - Develop and execute job fair/presentation campaign at targeted universities. - Create media campaign in conjunction with all stakeholders. - Institute and manage all expenses ensuring maximum ROI. - Manage and co-ordinate the trainee assessment process with all stakeholders 2. Develop a strategy around company branding through PR/advertising/sponsorship and senior relationship building activities amongst both the universities/graduate population and the general labour market. 3. To develop beneficial relationships with all stakeholders, creating a deep understanding and commitment to the program and its objectives. 4. To develop and lead the employee review. Implement talent pipeline and succession plan.
