This person is a valuable member of the Executive Compensation team which works to provide competitive compensation programs for senior executives globally. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge. This position reports to the Director, Executive Compensation. Primary Responsibilities: - Ensure the implementation of executive compensation programs, including annual bonus and long-term incentive programs run smoothly and effectively. - Take part in managing the deferred compensation program for the U.S. - Know current market practices and propose policy or design changes to executive compensation programs. - Manage global communications programs. - Organize information and presents for Board of Directors/Compensation Committee and Proxy filings. - Partner with Legal, Treasury, Payroll and G/L departments. - Consult with senior executives as needed to aid them in understanding the components of their total compensation package. Skills: Job Specifications: - MBA with a concentration in Human Resources - 8 years of compensation programs - Solid understanding of market pricing practices - Experience with compensation programs outside the U.S.
