Job Description:
Provide change management strategy as well as tactical change management delivery for project teams and work units; determine organizational readiness for change and develop appropriate reinforcement and stakeholder engagement strategies as necessary to support the change. Design and deliver interventions to improve team effectiveness across IT Ensure integration with existing programs and implement performance metrics to gauge the success of programs and ROI Collaboration with and coordination of appropriate internal resources to maximize organizational capability and efficiency Develop, implement and monitor all strategies associated with organizational restructuring, redesign, work team collaboration, teambuilding, problem identification and analysis, risk mitigation as well as continuous improvement work for maximum productivity Work with executive teams to improve their overall effectiveness Develop key relationships with strategic leadership team members Facilitate meetings and processes to achieve optimal outcomes of alignment with KP and KPIT's strategic imperatives and vision REQUIREMENTS: BA (Social Sciences /Organizational Design and/or Business) required and MA preferred Project and Program Management experience Experience coordinating/integrating resources who are not direct reports as well as small group of professional direct reports Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement, Change Management and Transformation change strategies and models Experience designing and delivering large-scale organizational change initiatives.
