Job Description: Responsible for providing overall Human Resources expertise and support to Bowling & Billiards management and employees through issue resolution, employee development and policy & procedure management. Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for assisting Retail Bowling Centers, including opening processes, employee relations, employment law, HR policy and procedure administration, compensation, benefits, and other HR project initiatives. - Responsible for assisting Retail and Home Office Supervisors and Managers with conduct and performance issues. Provide guidance on courses of action when necessary. - Responsible for special HR projects for BB&B as necessary or as assigned. Examples of projects include: Management of the employee survey process and action planning/follow-up. - Responsible for the development of select HR related SOP’s for the Bowling Retail group.
