Job Description:
Develop, deliver or oversee soft skill, management and leadership training programs. Evaluate and provide for an effective Basic and Intermediate Operator/Gauger/Mechanic Training, as well as Regulatory Compliance Refresher Training & Federally Mandated Training. Oversight of New Employee/Contractor Safety Orientations, Refinery Tour Coordination, Spring/Fall Fire Brigade Coordination, Boiler License Training, Heavy Equipment Training and classroom scheduling/preparation. Candidate profile: Must be a proactive, approachable professional with strong relationship and communications skills. Hands-on tactical skills with a clear strategic focus. High potential for expanded responsibilities in HR. 7+ years of petrochemical refinery experience, preferably in a Learning function. Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA and DOT training; CSP, ESH, HAZMAT, Industrial Training Certifications. Supervisory experience a strong plus. Bachelor's Degree required, Master\'s a plus, Professional Certifications a plus.
