Partner contributes to business unit performance by providing strategic consultation on people and organizational development initiatives in support of the business objectives for the assigned business line.  Areas of responsibilities include: Leadership and Key Talent Development, Retention and Acquisition Initiation of key talent/leadership development identification, development, and deployment strategies. Define and implement retention initiatives focused on key leaders and individuals with core competencies or skills critical to the assigned business line. Partner with Talent Acquisition to define recruitment strategies for assigned business line. Workforce Planning Analyze current and future people and skills needs of the assigned business line; develop strategies to meet those needs. Assist in defining and facilitating execution of talent management, talent acquisition, and talent retention plans.  Risk Management Provide on-going consultation to managers on employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and monitor trends in assigned business line to identify potential opportunities or areas of risk. Employee Engagement, Mission , Vision and Values Create processes and solutions, in partnership with management team, which support a positive employee relations environment through effective communication, policies, and management practices. Act as change agent to the business and recommend processes and approaches which prepare employees for change.
