The successful candidate, based in Belfast, will plan, direct, coordinate and deliver all human resource management activities, including Employment, Compensation, Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Training, and Payroll, along with HR compliance and record-keeping duties. Working closely with the three owners, the Human Resources Manager will be instrumental in helping the Company achieve its short and long-term goals.
