Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, your primary functions will be: Preparation monthly and annual financial and management accounts with general ledger reconciliations. Is particularly competent with the recording and reconciliation of inter-company transactions denominated in different currencies Review & analyze operating results, ensuring financial reports accurately reflect the condition of the business Prepare annual budgets and cash flow forecasts as required Responsible for preparation and lodgement of all compliance requirements relating to tax related matters, including but not limited to income tax, payroll and sales and use tax Oversee other accounting functions such as payroll, accounts payable etc Provide support to the CEO in ensuring that all commercial activities are conducted according to company policy Liasing with external accounting and tax advisers here and overseas in or to meet statutory and compliance requirements and deadlines Other ad hoc duties and projects with particular emphasis on developing accounting controls and systemsThe ideal candidate will be someone that is CPA and degree qualified and has several years of experience working in a small growing company and has experience with overcoming the challenges that a young dynamic business entails.
