Partner with the Finance Team to ensure the accurate collection, reconciliation and analysis of scope of work, profitability and reporting Help develop and improve on effective reporting processes and systems to accurately track and report the performance of the accounts Analysis and support in the negotiation of local client fees Ensure regional contract compliance as governed by the Master Services Agreement Coordinate with the global offices to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting as requested by the Finance Team and as governed by the Master Services Agreement (MSA), including but not limited to: (a) Quarterly Global COCA report (b) Monthly regional reports (c) Annual Staffing Plan by person calculated in accordance with the contract (d) Annual Top 100 Players (e) Quarterly review, tracking status vs. SOW and Staffing Plans Skills: Experience Working experience of the advertising or communications industry would be of definite advantage. Experience Level (in an accounting role): 5-10 year.
