Additionally, the Director of FP&A will be responsible for developing themonthly and quarterly management reporting. As a key member of the financeorganization this person will be a key business partner, providing analytical support to themanagement tea Develop and lead a well structured financial planning and forecasting process.. Develop and prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting for the executivemanagement team and the board of directors. Streamline and enhance currentexisting reporting package.. Prepares monthly spending reports and variance analysis for the business functions.Meet monthly with functional managers to review budgets and forecast.. Responsible for sales reporting and analytics including pricing analytics and grossmargin analysis.. Provide weekly sales flash reporting by business unit.. Develop product line and customer segmentation profitability analysis.. Prepare and manage the annual capital spending budget.. Identify areas for improvement of reporting to enhance timeliness and impact to thebusiness.. Supports external audits as required and participate actively in implementing andmaintaining compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements.. Provide ad-hoc analytics for the CFO and executive management team as required.
