Eligible DCIPS employees currently under the DCIPS Interchange Agreement.NSPS Position: This position is covered by the National Security Personnel System. For more information on NSPS, please visit the website ating Services, U.S. Treasury, & Fort Hood Financial Management Center (FMC) requirements. Serves as subject matter expert on issues relating to military pay for the WTB commander & subordinate commanders. Establishes internal controls that audits & checks daily operational procedures to guard against fraud, waste or abuse of federal funds. Maintains strict financial accountability of the DOD U.S. Treasury Account & the daily physical accountability of any residual U.S. alifying Experience: One year of experience directly related to the occupation equivalent to at least the next lower grade/payband level; or Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related; or equivalent combinations of experience and education. Qualifying experience includes but is not limited to experience in travel, military pay, disbursing and accounting systems and auditing concepts.
