Job Description:

Analyze data and offer recommendations to Senior Management which are in line with the company's strategic vision and objectives. Act as financial advisor to senior management. Oversee the monthly performance, forecasting and AFE processes. Complete and present reporting for the management team through original work and consolidation of other analyses. Analyze the overall performance and investment requests of specific business units identifying trends, opportunities, issues and progress to goals Prepare recommendations to Management based on findings, benchmark studies, and leads in the implementation of new processes or corrective actions needed. Ensure accurate completion of projections and meets deadlines. Provide financial guidance and direction to business partners using business, industry trend information as well as competitive analysis. Coach and develop staff. The successful candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business or Accounting (MBA in finance preferred) and 7+ years of experience in a financial analysis role. Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, process management, change management, decision-making, performance management, supervisory, planning, and financial analysis skills are a must. Intermediate Excel.
