This position is responsible for recruitment, selection, development and training of all retail sales personnel. Encumbent will be responsible for maintaining a full staff as well as guiding and evaluating employee performance. Consistently achieve sales objectives including activations, accessories, services and revenue goals. Responsible for tracking and measuring the retail store performance. Prepare sales projections, management reports and retail store correspondence. Job responsibility will include managing P&L, effectively managing store payroll including overtime and temp expenses. Also will be required to manage operating revenues and expenses. The ASM guides and evaluates the staff's performance by providing timely feedback. Supports employees during peak periods and manages the store schedule. Successfully completes all sales and data trainings that are identified as core curriculum within the recommended time frame. Completes all performance reviews and ensures the store team provides customers with World-Class experience. Understanding the competition is very important.
