Lush store manager, your primary goal is to be a leader on the sales floor. You task when needed, but delegate whenever possible. You are excited about building a relationship with your community, extending our culture, creating and training a team of Lush experts, maintaining inventory and operation costs, merchandising Lush product to be fresh and clean. You are the Fresh Face of Lush to your customers and your staff. You are motivated to build your business, think outside the box, and be proactive about increasing your traffic, converting your visitors, and making sure that everyone leaves your store with that 'warm and fuzzy' feeling. Proficient and passionate, fluid and flexible, compassionate and professional, the Lush manager knows how to keep it real and live life to the Lush-est.Manager in Training (MIT) As MIT, you take on the role of both assisting the manager in the day-to-day functions of the store and being proactive about completing your manager training program. You are excited about effectively running the sales floor by hiring and training a stellar team of sellers, creating motivational contests and bonus incentives for your staff, and developing every team member to their full potential so that your store consistently exceeds its monthly goal. Most importantly, you lead by example, providing exceptional customer service and fostering a fun work environment. You are equally responsible with the manager for maintaining operating costs, managing the store budget, and regularly evaluating your business.
