Must know how to architecture an upgrade project from a system design perspective, understand database design, best practice in an upgrade, know client considerations during an upgrade project, etc. Candidates must have 8-10+ years of SAP project delivery and management experience, in a large consulting services environment, 12+ total yrs experience,. Candidates must have experience in managing multiple full-lifecycle engagements with 20+ full-time project team members. Candidates must demonstrate leadership and managerial skills, as well as the ability to establish and maintain relationships with client leadership. They must have a deep understanding of SAP software and relevant implementation methodology experience (e.g., ASAP, global delivery model, working in onsite/offshore environment).
