Mandatory: 1. Licensed Physical Therapist. Outpatient Facility and Clinics in Southern Arizona need Phyisical Therapists and a Physical Therapist Manager. Also need Occupational Therapists. The PT's range is between $49,500-55,000/yr. They also provide $5000 sign-on bonus, and a $10,000 loan forgiveness program with a 2 year contract. They also will give up to $5000 in relocation expenses (based on receipts). The PT Manager for the outpatient division & clinics (3)pays between $65,000 -78,000, an up to $10,000 sign-on bonus, same loan forgiveness & relocation expenses. The OT pays the same as the PT, with same sign on bonus, relo, and loan forgiveness.
