Grow Medcos Consumer Directed Health (CDH) business o Identify and analyze new business opportunities o Develop new business concepts o Assess market potential and target segments o Propose a strategy to compete o Determine fit with Medcos business and strategy o Evaluate existing and potential competitors o Articulate Medco competitive positioning o Codify necessary investment o Profile risks and critical issues o Develop business cases for investments . Analyze existing business for growth opportunities o Assess existing CDH business performance o Identify opportunities for expansion, improvement, and realignment o Codify necessary investment o Profile risks and critical issues o Work with CDH team to implement improvements .
