Job Description:
The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning and completion of projects related to the operations of a computer-based professional licensing examination. Specifically, the Project Manager will coordinate all activities related to the scoring of the examination and provision of score reports. The Project Manager will perform a variety of tasks, exercising a wide degree of creativity, judgment and latitude. The Project Manager will lead and direct the work of others and will engage in many touch points, both internal and external, throughout the process. Prepares work breakdown structure, project plan and status reports for upper level management. Prepares work breakdown structure, plans the tasks, activities and deliverables for the project; sets deadlines and assigns responsibilities Validates work breakdown, and task dependencies and durations with subject matter experts Acquires needed resources through negotiations with functional leads Controls execution and monitors progress of project; tracks dependencies and constraints. Identifies key risks to meeting project deadline Communicates both upward and downward about the project plan, activities and status; holds meetings as needed.
