General Summary Role Objective: The position will be responsible to run the overall Harmony/SAP Program Management Office in order to develop and maintain program wide project plans and ensure successful delivery based on the strategic objectives and critical success factors as defined by the Harmony Sponsor Committee. Role Scope: . Functional scope - MTS, ATR and OTC business processes as well as other business processes that may migrate to the SAP solutions. . Geographic scope - Global projects . Applications Scope - Primarily SAP but will include all integrated shared applications that get supported through the centralized applications services group. . Project portfolio (Sample) - N A Plant roll out, Financial Planning and Budgeting Project, Harmony Australi a , etc Primary Accountabilities . Produce program-wide implementation plans . Manage key program milestones and integration points . Manage program-wide resource constraints . Establishes and enforces project management methodologies and standards . Manages SAP change control framework . Facilitate cross-project management activities and monitors performance . Project plans and scope management . Project resource requirements . Issues Management .
