Location/s: Crystal City, VARelocation: NoPerformance Profile: The individual reports to the Managing Director and will be responsible for managing multiple smaller federal financial management projects (or segments of larger projects) as well as project teams of about 4 people each. These project teams will focus in the areas of financial business process reengineering, process mapping, and production of policy and procedures. The individual manages resource assignments and adjustments, project deployment planning and implementation, schedule management and reporting, deliverable reviews, reporting status of multiple projects on a weekly basis back to senior leadership, regular status meetings with client, delivering presentations, and driving issues to resolution with minimal supervision. The individual manages extensive contact with senior level BE and client leadership. He/She is responsible for continuation or add-on work with current projects and will contribute to business development planning for new client areas. The individual will have measurable goals in managing project revenue and business development as part of a team. The individual communicates project status and proactively identifies and reports issues and/or risks that threaten to impact project timelines or budget. The individual creates deliverables and mentors teams in support of deliverable preparation. Manager will also be very involved in the mentoring and career development of less experienced team members.Position-specific Required Skills: US Citizenship Must be able to obtain a US Security Clearance Bachelors Degree in accounting, finance or a related degree 8+ years of progressive and intensive experience in Federal Financial/Accounting project management.
