Job Description:
This is a high profile building for the company, so a strong nurse manager is needed to come on board and assist with the continuous improvement of their clinical systems. The facility has a very high acuity, averaging 60 Medicare residents at any given time, and offers in-house hemodialysis. A qualified candidate needs solid tenure in nurse management, a positive regulatory record, and strong clinical skills with the ability to train and educate. Because of the importance of the building and this position, compensation will be very handsome. Skills: Current RN license in the state. Knowledge of current developments in field of nursing, of trend variance analysis. At least three years of experience in nursing management (i.e. DON, ADON, RN Supervisor, etc.).
