Job Description:
Steeler, Inc. is a manufacturer of steel framing and a distributor of drywall and construction supplies. We are currently seeking an energetic, hard-working Class B Driver/Yard Specialist to delivery materials and support our Spokane Branch. This applicant must be willing to work up in a company. This is a great opportunity to support the warehouse, inside sales, and driving/stocking positions.

Job Description

The successful candidate will pull orders and stage for delivery; load and unload trucks; make deliveries of construction material to customers; and keep truck, yard and warehouse clean. The driver may also be required to perform general office duties.

Primary Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks
Pull orders and stage for delivery
Verify every load
Ensure vehicles are locked and inside the yard at the end of every day
Keep truck, yard and warehouse clean
Stock drywall and maintain inventory levels
Customer service in the office working front counter: entering in orders, helping customers, and maintaining files

Job Requirements:
Must have a "Class B" Commercial Driver’s License
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Forklift experience
Construction background a plus
Computer experience including MS Office preferred
Customer Service experience preferred
Read/write English
