Job Description:
A qualified candidate needs solid tenure in nurse management, a positive regulatory record, and strong clinical skills with the ability to train and educate. Because of the importance of the building and this position, compensation will be very handsome. Skills: Current RN license in the state. Knowledge of current developments in field of nursing, of trend variance analysis. At least three years of experience in nursing management (i.e. DON, ADON, RN Supervisor, etc.). Considerable knowledge of nursing principles and practices required. Maintain confidentiality where required. Able to prioritize and organize. Able to establish objectives and specify strategies and actions to achieve those objectives. Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize time and workload in order to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines.
