Job Description:
Tactically and strategically manage multiple, complex campaigns, both special event and donor based, for the Bay Area Chapter. Serve as a senior level manager with accountability for financial and human resources including primary supervisory responsibility for multiple staff.Report to the Chapter Executive Director. Supervise a full-time staff of three including two campaign managers and a campaign assistant. Develop a comprehensive strategic plan for all chapter corporate development including cross campaign strategies. Develop budgets, timelines, logistics, volunteer activities and recruitment, and marketing and sponsorship plans. In partnership with all chapter campaigns, develop a comprehensive corporate sponsorship program that brings into account all campaign needs, coordinates approaches, and makes asks as appropriate. Strategically develop all chapter Light the Night walks to achieve Quantum Growth Initiative goals. Develop a corporate Executive Committee, with the goal of growing corporate funding and participation and enhancing corporate leadership development. Provide leadership for continued growth for assigned campaigns. Assess constituent base and develop and cultivate a book of business of high level donors and prospects. Work closely with the Board of Trustees in corporate and individual donor outreach. Lead and manage campaign managers in the delivery of programs. Ensure that media, material, in-kind and cash sponsorships are secured through a coordinated plan that includes proposal development, prospect identification, cultivation, retention and recognition. Work in partnership with the Donor Development Director on appropriate individual, corporate, or foundation requests and/or donor events. Recruit and manage volunteers required to plan and implement assigned special and donor events.
