PR activities of a growing non-profit including: forecast annual budget and work with staff and Board to raise funds; work closely with the Executive Director to map out and implement yearly and long range strategies to reach fundraising goals; develop strategies for growth of the organizations diverse and stable base of funding; manage stewardship of donors, volunteers and other supporters, and reach out to new audiences; enhance public awareness of Habitats mission and activities in Philadelphia.Skills desired include: proven ability to develop marketing and fundraising plans and to meet desired goals and objectives; ability to juggle multiple projects in coordination with the Executive Director and other departments within Habitat; strong supervisory skills with the ability to develop fundraising staff and volunteers; superior written and oral communication abilities; knowledge of current fundraising best practices and procedures demonstrated knowledge of Philadelphia region corporations and foundations.Minimum five years experience and demonstrated successful track record in non-profit fundraising and marketing, and related educational background.
