Job Description:
Support development, coordination and implementation of projects to promote overall Foundation planned giving development efforts and/or specific division needs. Prepare and implement various Foundation marketing plans that will identify and target market segments. Coordinate and implement donor recognition programs. Develop planned giving marketing materials, communications and graphic presentations in keeping with CHS brand and graphics guidelines. Assist in developing and nurturing one-on-one relationships with prospects, donors, volunteers, and professional advisors, including recognition, personal acknowledgement, and tracking. Plan special events as assigned. Develop and monitor budgets for development, marketing, events and projects as assigned; track expenses and revenue against goals and prepare reports on results; identify trends and make recommendations for the future. Attend and participate in meetings and task force groups as assigned to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, and policies. Assist in developing and nurturing a volunteer network of groups, such as CHS Planned Gifts Committee Members, individuals in support of programs, events, and/or in-kind needs. May recruit, assign, monitor and recognize efforts of volunteers. Provide support to divisions when requested.
