RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES: Establish integrated design directions in support of client's strategic initiatives. Understand and consult on best solutions for communications problems presented by internal partners. Work collaboratively with Creative, Strategic Planners and Client Services to achieve the best solution for the communications problem. Act as liaison between Art Directors and the Studio Department. Persuasively present complex conceptual proposals and information to groups and individuals to gain agreement and explain directions; answer questions or objections as to how the proposal responds to business needs; and facilitate discussion to clarify purposes and objectives. Provide clear, meaningful, and constructive feedback to internal or external resources that are implementing programs, projects, or standards. Establish graphic, format, and process standards to be implemented and maintained by others. Evaluate and hire appropriate resources in the areas of design, photography, and illustration appropriate for a program or project planned. Motivate to produce outstanding work, along with mentoring emerging talent. Conduct reviews/critiques of client work. Present to clients design driven work when necessary.
